Incentive Carbon Management has become an Accredited Green Deal Provider for commercial entities with a six figure forward order book. Launched in January 2013, the Green Deal is the Government’s flagship retrofit initiative. It is a market-based policy framework designed to drive energy efficiency improvements in millions of UK homes and businesses.

The Green Deal allows you to get energy efficiency improvements to your property without having to pay up front. You can pay for it by instalments on your electricity bill, for a period of up to 25 years. Paying through your bill is like a loan – but for your property, not the company. The payments are agreed at the start, and the loan stays with the property after the bill payer moves on.

Incentive Carbon Management is currently working with Renaissance Care Homes in Scotland to reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint. A diverse range of energy saving solutions are being installed including LED lighting, condensing boilers and CHP electrical generating plant. Robert Kilgour, chairman of Renaissance Care Homes stated “I have been impressed how incentive Carbon Management has guided us through the complexity of the green deal process. We have been able to focus our capital investment on front of house improvements for our residents whilst having our heat and light systems renovated using Incentive’s green deal solution.”

Feel free to contact Bill Pollard, Group Sponsor of Incentives Green Deal solution if you’d like to reduce your energy costs and carbon footprint.
